Myrtle Beach, SC (PRWEB) June 29, 2007 -- Martin's PGA TOUR Superstore, with stores in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, will once again be the title sponsor for the 10th Annual Father & Son Team Classic.
The Martin's PGA TOUR Superstore Father & Son Team Classic, which has become the largest father and son golf competition in the world, is being held July 19-21, 2007. Play consists of a challenging three-day format: Two man better ball, two man alternate shot, and two man captain's choice. Each player in the tournament will also receive a $200 Martin's PGA TOUR Superstore gift card when they register, Wednesday, June 18, at their assigned store location in either Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach.

To be eligible to play in the tournament, teams must have amateur status and consist of fathers and sons; grandfathers and grandsons; stepfathers and stepsons; fathers and sons-in-law; or uncles and nephews. Golfers play to eighty percent of their current USGA handicap, and teams are flighted for competition based upon the team's handicap total.
